Karti, who first told reporters outside ED office that he had come to offer Christmas greetings, said the case was "dead, dormant and closed".He said it was for the 20th time that he had appeared before the agency and called the case "most bogus". He also emphasised that his lawyers have filed a 100-page response to the summons regarding information sought by the agency.
This was the third summons issued to Karti, who had earlier refused to attend ED summons at its office when summoned on December 12 and later again on December 16, citing his busy schedule during the just-concluded Parliament's winter session.
